Gentle handling of the Pinot Noir, including cool fermentation in stainless steel and six months of lees contact, produced this delicate, dry, saignée-method Rosé. Lifted citrus peels with a sherbet note. Rich and textural on the palate, good sweet fruit entry leads to a complex savoury aspect. Fresh acidity carries the wine to a very lengthy finish. Hand-harvested October 6, 2017.
